The Tour de France is a truly epic race that sees riders riding 21 days over hill and dale, mountains and flats. The mental and physical strength needed for such an event is enormous and I, for one, love watching it!

“Tour de France, for 3 weeks a year, the rest of the world gets us!” is done on a 6” x 8” canvas with a hook for hanging, no framing required. Actual pieces of magazines, books and other ephemera are used to make this one-of-a-kind piece (no scanning or reproductions used). I’ve used a vintage French dictionary, a cycling postage stamp, and various magazine clippings to make this homage to this epic race.
